Berthing Requirements, Rates and Application

• Copy of current Boat Registration or Certificate of Documentation
  
• Valid Certificate of Insurance that must include:
  
• Minimum liability coverage of $300,000
  
• Hull insurance equal to the value of your vessel

Copy of insurance policy that names marina as additionally insured as follows:
Schoonmaker Point Marina, a Joint Venture, 85 Liberty Ship Way #205 Sausalito, CA. 94965

• Copy of Driver’s License or Identification
• Proof of Residency. Copy of a utility bill (i.e. PG&E, water or garbage bill).
• Vessel Inspection and Current Picture
